Cathay Pacific Reveals New Business Class Dining Service – Jun 2018

Written by Ariel

Cathay Pacific has unveiled their new Business Class dining service. All meals will be served in plates, so no more casseroles! You may choose from up to 3 appetisers and 6 main courses. If you are not hungry, you may choose to have fewer courses or have smaller “supper plates”.

You may also preorder your breakfast by filling in a card early in the flight. As a result, you may be able to sleep longer and still wake up in time for breakfast. As before, you may either have a full meal, or an express breakfast consisting of bread, pastries and coffee.

This new dining service will first be implemented on flights to Chicago in July. By June 2016, it will be rolled out to all flights to the Maldives and further out.

  • The roll out of this new dining concept is not quick enough. I want those casserole dishes gone now! In the event I have to fly CX J, I'll bring a plate in my carry on and plate the meal myself!
