Kam’s Roast Goose is a Cantonese style BBQ restaurant in the heart of Wan Chai Hong Kong. The establishment has won numerous awards for excellence and quality and was awarded its first Michelin Star in 2014.
The busy restaurant sells around 100 geese per day that are shipped in daily from China and prepared in-house each morning.
Kam’s only uses Black Headed Geese which are 2.8-2.9 kilos each. The relatively small geese are leaner and much tastier when compared to their more common counterparts.
The key to Kam’s success is that the geese are prepared using the freshest of ingredients and prepared with a tried-and-true recipe that has been handed down for generations.
