Bo Innovation ( may be the world’s most unique, three-Michelin-star restaurant. Offering X-Treme Chinese food, as chef-owner Alvin Leung calls it, it’s a total sensory experience. I’ve had the pleasure of dining there twice, both time experiencing Chef Leung’s wild (always changing) tasting menu.
Here’s a look at my tasting dinner (with wine pairings), a culinary adventure through historic and modern Hong Kong as Demon Chef Leung interprets classic Chinese dishes and Hong Kong street food. Aside from the creative menu and delicious food, the service is beyond amazing. Warm and personal, everyone in the kitchen and the front of house works together to really deliver an incredible, fun, foodie experience.
